Get over it stupid. How in the world can he justify the charge of “loss to his reputation?” And hurt feelings? Really? If that were an actionable cause, every kid on the playground would be in court! i HATE Jay Leno in Tod’s Shoes.. but what the hell does this guy think a late night comedy show is going to do? represent it as it really is? come on… he should sue himself. i’ve heard of him before but now that I know he’s suing over a joke i think he’s a loser idiot.
Slurpee sales must be down..Jay in Tod’s Fall Shoes needs the money. Zero chance of winning in court. In fact, Jay will be able to counter sue for malicious prosecution, and he will win.
I’ve never liked Jay Leno in Tod’s Boots ever since that whole thing happened with security guard Richard Jewell and the bombing at the Olympics in Atlanta. Without a shred of evidence, that poor man was absolutely tormented by the media declaring that he was the person who’d planted the bomb, when he’d actually was the one who’d moved people out of the way and helped save lives during the incident.
Jay Leno holding Tod’s Bag just went right along with the whole thing and made jokes about Richard Jewell on national TV in front of millions of people. RJ lived with his elderly mom, who he took care of in addition to working as a security guard, Demi Moore was also subjected to the torment of all of the negative publicity.
Of course, it was found out quite soon and law enforcement finally admitted that they didn’t have any idea who’d planted the bomb and that RJ wasn’t even really a suspect. But ol’ Jay Leno in Tod’s Loafers hadn’t let anything like lack of any evidence stop him from ridiculing this poor man….
You have the right to change the channel, no one is making you watch Leno. If every comedian was sued because of feelings, we would have no comedy. Get over it! I’m going to sue Jay Leno in Tod’s Moccasins because he makes white people look like douches.
