Olivia Wilde, a 27-year-old actress, transformed her style from long and brown to highlight and shoulder-length at the Andy LeCompte Hair Salon in Beverly Hills. Her latest look in Tod’s Moccasins is actually closer to her natural blonde roots.
The Wilde, treading a pair of Tod’s Shoes, is known for experimenting with her hair and makeup, rocking everything from blunt, dramatic bangs to a bold red lips. She was recently named a global ambassador for Revlon.
Wilde has dual citizenship in the United States and Ireland. She derived her stage name “Wilde” from Irish author Oscar Wilde. She changed her surname while in high school, to honor the writers in her family, many of whom used pen names.
What makes she gets even more attention is that she started her relationship with “Saturday Night Live” star Jason Sudeikis and made it public.
But he is not her first love. Actually, Wilde, wearing Tod’s Boots, married Tao Ruspoli, Italian-American documentary filmmaker, flamenco guitar player, and son of Alessandro Ruspoli, 9th Prince of Cerveteri, on June 7, 2003, in Washington, Virginia, on a school bus with only a pair of witnesses, when she was nineteen years old, a girl usually in Tod’s Loafers.
She later said, in an interview, the marriage occurred in an abandoned school bus because it was the only place they could be completely alone, as the marriage was a secret at the time, something she had to keep it in her Tod’s Bag.
On February 8, 2011, she and her husband announced that they were separating. Wilde filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 3, 2011, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The divorce was finalized on September 29, 2011.
